Our return policy for products bought online lasts for 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately, after 14 days have elapsed we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, if thereare extenuating circumstances then please contact us at email@example.com and we will happily discuss further,
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control, then only a partial refund may be granted, at our discretion.
Please note, we do not accept returns on items that are on sale or returns of gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange product.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of 2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We’re happy to help you out if the item is unused. Shipping costs may apply.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Our supplier, Doglyness International GmbH offers a one year warranty for any material faults within our products due to production issues. We reserve the right to carry out an individual check for each product to check for the origin of the damaged products. Products damaged due to inappropriate usage are excluded from the warranty.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to the section on shipping for further information.
