How a Dream Became Amazing Reality: Happy First Birthday, Doglyness!
One year ago, our dream became reality. Our dream to provide the best possible care to our beloved furry friends, our little companions and parts of our families, as well as our dream to help our planet by launching fully sustainable products that will sing along its tune - these dreams came true in a way we never could have imagined. And we owe it all to you, our dear customers. This article is here to show you all the things we achieved over the past year, together!
Lots of hard work, love and a little bit of pixie dust
The creation and development of our unique natural pet skincare range has been a labour of love for every member of the Doglyness team, and it means so much to us that the work we are passionate about also resonates with others. When we dreamed of creating the first plastic-free, organic pet coat care range we could never have anticipated the work and dedication that would be required to make our dream a reality.
But you have helped us more than you will ever know.
On our first birthday, we would like to send a huge thank you to our Doglyness family. One of the most inspiring things about our journey over the last twelve months is the way our customers have shared our passion for our products. Nothing makes us prouder than seeing the magical transformation which occurs when a pet owner starts using our all-natural and organic coat care range.

We have over 5 thousand social media followers – numbers we could only have dreamed of a year ago!

One year, two industry awards, three category finals
We were shortlisted as finalists for three industry awards and have received an overwhelming level of support from the pet grooming industry. We are very grateful for the faith shown in our products by many industry experts – without their feedback and recommendations, we would not be where we are today.

Barkleigh Honors Awards
In August we received the fabulous news that we had been shortlisted as finalists for the New Product Of The Year Category at the 2021 Barkleigh Honors Awards. This prestigious event acknowledges the people and organizations that have contributed to the betterment of the grooming industry, so you will understand how exciting it was for us to make it to the finals!
Pet Industry Federation Awards
In September we were overjoyed to hear that we had been selected as finalists of not one, but two categories at the 2021 Pet Industry Federation Awards. Both categories were very close to our hearts, and to be shortlisted in the first year of our new venture was an incredibly proud moment.
Firstly, our Immortelle Rejuvenating Organic Dog Shampoo & Conditioner was shortlisted for the Product Innovation Award. We are incredibly proud of our all-natural and organic dog skincare range and can scarcely believe that only a year after we launched this miracle product that we’ve already received this wonderful accolade.
We also made it to the finals of the Sustainability Award, which we were absolutely overjoyed about. This industry recognition quite literally means the world to us, as sustainability is at the heart of everything we do here at Doglyness - “For the love of Dogs, and the planet!”
We hereby send a big thank you to the Pet Industry Federation for offering recognition to innovative pet care specialists like Doglyness, and we hope that this recognition of our work can serve as an inspiration to others in the field.
Another magnificent achievement was our mention in one of the most prestigious magazines in the world - the British Vogue.
The most beautiful birthday present from Vogue
Another unimaginable recognition came just in time for our first birthday as the most beautiful present on our doorstep.
We are extremely honoured to be featured in one of the biggest fashion magazines in the world, the British Vogue, as part of the “Paws For The Holidays” feature in the December issue. Words cannot express the gratitude and the pride we are feeling, being on the market for only a year and already being acknowledged by a magazine giant.
This achiemement goes on to show that, contrary to popular belief, the fashion world is also heading into the direction of sustainability, which we feel is the only possible option for a bright future. We are also thrilled to be a part of this new direction they are taking, as pioneers in yet another field!
The success of standard and new products
We are very proud of what we do at Doglyness and feel that we’re pushing the boundaries of what is possible for the pet grooming industry with every new product we launch.
OATS Calming Line has been developed due to the increasing popularity of our products, and has soon joined the rest of them in the ranks of stellar reviews and satisfied customers.
What is it that makes them so successful and innovative?
Our efforts to launch products that are organic, sustainable, plastic-free and nasties-free have been successful and recognized by our customers.
The prime example of the popularity of products can be seen in the fact that IMMORTELLE Rejuvenating Line has been sold out within a year of its launch - without a single cent invested in advertising. What does this mean? It means that you, our customers, have recognized the quality of our products and spread the word out there!
This goes on to prove that no advertising is a match to our dedication and your belief in what we do, and for that we are forever grateful!
Sustainable, effective and natural products for the future
Don’t worry, we won’t stop expanding our product range here - we’re already working on our next big innovations in the world of sustainable pet grooming. We believe that there is a new and better way to deliver high-quality products with minimal environmental impact, and constantly feel the urge to shout from the rooftops about it!
The pet grooming industry has traditionally had a rather large footprint, and we know we can—we must—do better! This is why we will continue to do research and find effective ways to deliver the highest quality products without costing the Earth.
Our vision is to lead the way towards a more sustainable future for the pet grooming industry through creating highly effective, all-natural pet grooming products. As the creators of the first certified organic pet coat care product in a plastic-free bottle, we feel that we have shown the industry what is possible – and we challenge them to join us in our mission.
