Really disappointed 😞 I'm afraid
Ordered on the 27th 10 days ago and still no order after paying £6 delivery
I know there's been strikes but first time ordering very expensive, not a good start
Hi Katrina, thanks for your review, you are indeed right the Royal Mail have caused massive disruption with striking just as there has been a massive sale weekend, all our parcels were taken on the Monday and then they went on strike, then of course the back log is absolutely massive for them to catch up, once the parcels leave us we have to just hope the system works, we have been assured that they are 'in the system' and are as frustyrated as you are, but that is not actually our fault in anyway, I recieved myself a totally ruined raw dog food order that was sent by a small company such as ours, its not the raw food companies fault there either. keep us posted if it arrives and of course we will make it right if it doesnt even though we are a tiny brand new company.

The brushes are excellent quality and the products are so good i use them for the dogs I groom professionally my clients are obsessed with the quality of coat after even one wash. Arrived safe really quickly cannot express enough how good the quality is!
